When we have a health concern, many of us reach for support from practitioners, remedies and other sources outside ourselves. In addition to these resources, we have a powerhouse inside ourselves. In this program participants will learn about the importance of and methods for turning inward for health improvements. Those in attendance will be introduced to the formulations of Joel Goldsmith, an American spiritual teacher, author and mystic known for founding a spiritual movement which emphasizes inner spiritual experience and healing.
