Hi loving, creative souls:
1. Kathy already sent the message that our speaker Sunday is Rev. Robin Moore, whose topic is “Who Am I” – I am knowing we will have a great turnout to welcome Rev. Robin. As always we will also be streaming the service on Zoom, we will also be in-person at the Center at Belvedere. See Kathy’s email from yesterday for details. Our Zoom link is always on the website homepage cslcville.org
2. Saturday night is when the time changes… we “fall back” 1 hour. Be sure to set your clock back. For instance if you set your clock back at 10PM, you would set it to 9PM. I remember a time when I wasn’t aware of the time change and showed up on college campus an hour early – it was disturbing how quiet and desolate the place was!
3. If you purchased music media from Claudia Carawan when she was here Oct. 19, either CD or thumbdrive, the payments were mixed up in Amazon’s AWS service outage that day into that evening – so she only received ONE payment out of the many that purchased music from her. If you purchased music from her when she was with us the 19th, please check your records – if the payment didn’t go through please try again. If you need help, please contact Jane or myself.
See you Sunday, bright eyed and bushy tailed!
Oh if you’re a bird, be an early bird, and catch the worm for your breakfast plate. If you’re a bird, be and early, /early /bird. But if you’re a worm, sleep late. — Shel Silverstein “Where the Sidewalk Ends”
